Description
We all know from our own experience that a positive attitude towards oneself, others and this world, a mind that has kindness, compassion and gratitude, makes us feel good.
But what if our mind is occupied with problems? How can we deal with the business in this modern and fast world? And how can we relate to others in a positive way?
We can want óther people to be kind, generous, to behave well and to be patient and tolerant. But that doesn’t make them to be like that. So we need to start with ourselves.
This is related to what we call in Buddhism ‘the six paramitas’ (Generosity, Conduct, Patience, Diligence, Meditation and Wisdom). If we all have a little of these, we become great human beings. And if the world has more of that, it becomes a great world.
